Drinking Coffee during Night:
Caffeine of coffee causes the distraction to sleeping neuro and makes an insomnia. So, as far as possible don’t drink coffee in the night time. Before going for bed then avoid the coffee. Instead take milk, curd, egg, banana which contains tryptophon.

Sleeping with domestic animal:
One of the research shows that people sleeping with their domestic animal can not sleep calmly in 63 percent.Thus, don’t sleep with your domestic animal.

Keeping Alarm On:
Many people sleep with alarm on so that they could wake up in the midnight and can finish their works. Specially artists, literature and writer do this. But this broken sleep gives away a bad effects on human health. So, don’t have alarm on at the midnight. Try to wake up on on yourself than the alarm.

Maximum Alcohol Consumption: 
Many people sleeps with maximum alcohol. Alcohol makes people feel sleep but it makes like a faint person which causes the headache in morning. Sleeping with alcohol makes no appearance of dreams.So, don’t have alcohol during sleep rather than have green tea.

Use of Technology in Bed:
According to a research, around 78 percent people use their smart phone, tablets, laptop and many more technology before the sleep. These technology creates the blue rays which delay in sleep. So, don’t use any kind of technology in bed.

Sleeping with TV on:
38 percent people sleep with TV on. This gives the direct effects on your sleep. This creates the great negative impacts on your sleep circle. It causes the disturbance in sound sleep.
